The
Vibo Pad
The Vibo Pad has been designed for
relaxation of muscles and ligaments through the use of vibration. The Vibo Pad
can also be used to assist exercise such as weight lifting and stretching
exercise. The Vibo Pad can relieve chronic pain and assist in the healing
process. The Vibo Pad can rejuvenate soar and tired muscles. The Vibo Pad can
ease the pain from cramping as well as increase blood circulation. Using reflexology and vibration The Vibo Pad
reduces anxiety
and mental stress.
The blue indicator
light shows that it is on. .
The Vibo Pad is meant to be stood on.
On the top
of the vibration plate their three sets of footprints white, yellow, and
red.
White - Mild
Yellow - Medium
Red – Intense

It's very important to manipulate the feet and the body to
get the vibration center in the right place.
You can make the vibration move up and down through your body by
different body positions. Most people
feel the vibration in their face and as they slightly move the top of their
body backwards in a very slight arch of the back they can make the vibration
center slowly moved down into any position.
This is called localizing your vibration center. This can be achieved by a constant and in
the knees along with downward thrust across to the entire foot. The vibration can be transmitted all the way
up to the top of your head and out to the tips of your fingers.
Ready to use The Vibo Pad.
Step on to the Vibo Pad and hold on to the handles. Place both feet flat on the white foot
markers. Start off by turning the time
switch to five minutes. If you want to
increase the cessation pull down on the handles to increase the transmission of
vibration from the vibration plate to your skeletal structure through your
feet. To increase it even further place
your feet flat on the yellow foot markers.
To increase even more step up to the red foot markers. Forcing your feet on to the plate will
increase the transmission of vibration.
Pushing your heels into the plate will change the dynamic of the
vibration on your skeletal structure pushing your toes down at the same time as
you push your heels down also changes the vibration. Changing the angle of the band of your knees can move the
vibration center up and down your body twisting at the waist or hips also
changes placement of the vibration center.
After using The Vibo Pad for a few minutes you can try shifting weight
from one foot to the other. Everyone's
body weight and skeletal structure is different and will cause different
vibration movements throughout the body.
